My 3 loves in life includes family, computers, and cooking great food. I've started Bubba Z's to share the recipes I've learned over the years and my experiences in the kitchen.
I guess my first "gourmet" experience was making recipes from a scouting cookbook with my dad. As a teen, I took a job at a Chicago hot dog stand making the world's best hot dogs and italian beef sandwiches until I finished high school. (definitely good eats!)
Over the years, I've cooked in numerous kitchens in the Chicagoland area learning new cuisines and skills along the way. My culinary knowledge-base includes Italian, Mexican, Irish Middle-Eastern, French, Chinese, Polish, German, and good ole American home cooking.
